Feta with Herbs and Olive Oil

Serving size to preference

INGREDIENTS

A thick slice feta or cut into squares

Herbs (pictured here with za’atar, oregano, and dried rose petals)

Good quality olive oil

Flakey sea salt

Fresh herbs or greens, to preference (picture here with purslane)

ASSEMBLY

Place the feta on a plate and generously dress in olive oil.  Sprinkle herbs and add a dash of sea salt to taste, only if your feta is on the milder side.  Otherwise the cheese will have enough salt as is.  Enjoy with your favorite bread or crackers.
