Hibiscus Oats with Seasonal Fruits
1 cup (200 g) quick oats (regular or gluten free)
1/4 c (50 g) hibiscus tea flowers
Seasonal fruits, seeds and nuts for topping
- Brew the hibiscus tea by adding the flowers to a tea ball. Let steep for about 2 minutes.
- Add the oats and tea to a small pot and cook on medium heat until the oats are cooked, about 3 – 4 minutes for quick oats. You can add extra water as needed.
- Top with fruits, seeds and nuts as desired.
